Job Description :
1. Customer Support
2. Technical proposal preparation for proposed clients.
3. To provide exhaustive service to clients.
4. To provide solution to client in case of any technical problem.
5. Market Development
6. Direct marketing of products to the end-user
7. To regulate and monitor order from customers of their area.
8. Maintaining relation with dealers
9. Identification and capturing new clients
10. Strategic Planning
11.Compilation of Advance Requests being sent by the concerned buyer.
12. Preparation of monthly sales planning and end-user wise monthly sale for their area and submission to respective Area Sales Manager
13. Co-ordination with H.O. for resource requirements for their area
14. Daily and weekly reports have to be forwarded routinely
15. Market Development
16. On field Training to dealers and end-users.
17. Investigation and implementation of customer complain with the assistance of ASM.
18. Market research, competitor data, etc., submission of the same to ASM
19. Product application in industries
