Tech Sales and Support Executive
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Take Inbound customer calls and make outbound call and generate revenue to achieve monthly target.
- Regular follow up with new and existing customers.
- Experience of Handling PPC and Software Activation Calls.
- Candidate should have experienced of 1 yr in Tech Sales process..
- Expert In International Sales.
- Should be comfortable with US Shift
Desired Skills:
- Candidate having knowledge of MAC, Window, Switches, Router & Networking.
- Candidates who are Graduate with 0.6 months-6 years of experience in a Sales environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets
- Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly).
- Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.
- A successful candidate will have to demonstrate perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in International BPO is mandatory
