Position Summary :

- We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Dynamic Team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves extensive fieldwork, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, this role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Experience : 0 to 2 Yrs.

Salary : 15K to 35K+ Incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

For Fresher Field Sales Executives :

1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our Digital services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

6. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

For Experienced Field Sales Executives (in addition to the above) :

1. Actively manage and expand the existing client base by upselling and cross-selling products or services.

2. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend sales strategies to achieve higher revenue.

3. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.

4. Mentor and train new field sales team members, sharing best practices and guiding them to achieve their targets.

5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

6. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and other networking events to establish new business connections.

Requirements :

For Fresher Field Sales Executives :

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

6. Basic computer literacy.

For Experienced Field Sales Executives (in addition to the above) :

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role.

2. In-depth knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.

3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive business growth.

5. Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

6. Familiarity with industry-specific sales techniques and best practices.
