Executive/Team Lead - Telesales - Education (1-4 yrs)
Job Description
- we are looking for team lead with minimum 1 year experience.
- Must have handled a team of tele callers or tele marketing executives with at least 1 year of experience.
- Candidates must possess good communication skills
- Candidates must have min 6 months experience in selling test preparation online study materials like (IIT/JEE/Neet courses)
- Selling Test Prep Online study materials / other company products through intensive calling Converting the lead generated through the online marketing efforts of the company.
- Analyzing the current sales process and systems to improve customer outreach and pipeline management.Executing operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
- Working as an individual contributor to meet targets and deadlines 30- 40 Calls per day need to be made, all leads will be provided by the company.
- Should have laptop/desktop
