We are Hiring for the role of Telecaller Executive for a leading Real Estate. PFB the Job details:

Brief:

- Location - Raipur

- Gender - Female

- Experience - Min 6 month exp. As a telecalling

- Process - Outbound Calling | Telesales | Lead Generation | Domestic Voice

- Salary - 1.5 to 2.5 LPA

Skills Required:

- Strong outbound Tele - Sales Experience

- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence

- Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills

- High Energy and Passion

- High Customer Centricity Leveraging Human Capital

- Domestic Tele Calling Experience, Have handled team size of minimum 50 Tele Callers,

JobSummary :

To manage a team of tele callers and their supervisors to ensure quality met appointments are generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieving sales targets.

- Recruitment of quality telemarketing executives

- Monitor retention percentage on a regular basis

- Ensure maximization of the number of appointments made through Telecalling

- Report Weekly / Monthly MIS to the Branch Manager and address concerns raised

- Liaising with sales and marketing team

- Handling the team of Tele Marketing Executive and Tele Marketing Supervisor

OTHER DETAILS:

- Age - 20 to 35 years

- Education - Graduation is mandatory

- Communication somebody who can speak in decent English

- Stability - Stability of at least 9 months to a year in the previous organization

- Previous Exp. - Preferably people from sales process/Lead Generation Process
