Executive - Supplier Support /Customer Service (4-5 yrs)
1. Ensure action upon customer queries/complaints/ tickets as per SLA & with proper resolution.
- Take ownership on customer issues end to end.
2. Ensure response to customer queries are as per the defined TAT.
3. Highlight the issues/bugs in any application and get the same resolved with responsible teams
4. Work Closely with Various functional teams and ensure quick resolution to customer queries\complaints.
5. Ensure action on Escalations via mails
1. Should have 4-5 years of experience in the customer service
2. Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Should be result oriented
5. Multilingual would be an added advantage
6. Should be a Immediate Joiner
7. .Flexible to work on Weekend/ Shifts
