Executive - Stores Sales - Apparel (3-6 yrs)
- Stores sales executive for a designer women wear clothing leading branded store in Chennai, Banglore, Hyderabad
- Female should be convincing to assist in increasing the sales of the stores
Candidate : female
CTC 10_25k PM
- Candidate should be presentable & good pleasing personality
- Candidate should have good verbal skills english & hindi both
- Should be from a fashion, apparel, garment, textile background preferable
- Her job will be to assist the walk in customers in the stores to show the garments & convince them to purchase the clothes
- Good convincing skills
- Increase sales of the stores & maintain good relationship with the customers .
Responsibilities and role :
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers- questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
