Executive/Specialist/Manager - Sales/Business Development - Education (1-10 yrs)
Position Overview :
- We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Institutional Background Sales Executive to join our accomplished sales team. Your profound understanding of the industry, coupled with your adept sales skills, will be pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities in the fields of :
- Client Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
- Market Insights : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for expansion and optimize our sales approach.
- Sales Strategy : Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen our position in the institutional market.
- Product Expertise : Showcase an in-depth understanding of our products and services, effectively conveying their value propositions to clients.
- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, product development, and relevant team to ensure a seamless client experience (Pre-Boarding, Onboarding and post on onboarding) drive business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Years of Experience : 1 - 10 Yr's
- Proven track record of success in institutional sales
- In-depth knowledge of the institutional market landscape
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
