Job Description :
- Managing all social media channels with additional focus on Instagram and Instagram stories
- Creating regularly scheduled posts for all social media channels keeping world events, festivals and other relevant days in mind
- Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Creating regular Instagram stories from the outlets
- Collaborating and creating campaigns with influencers
- Strategizing Instagram and Zomato promotions and campaigns to increase customer engagement
- Tracking and analysing social media KPIs and creating fortnightly reports
- Staying up to date with key trends in social media
