Executive - Social Media Marketing (2-4 yrs)
For our IT client in Chennai, looking to hire a Social Media Executive.
Candidates from Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore preferred. Client has their own office in Guindy, Chennai and Partner offices in Bangalore and Coimbatore - where the employees can work from.
Required Education/Experience Requirements:
- 2yrs to 4yrs of experience in similar role
- Any educational degree
- Excellent Communication Skills / Consultative Personality
- Strong written and oral communication skills in multiple languages including English.
- Notice Period Immediate Joiner/ 15days
Job Description
- Oversees all company social media accounts management across various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Google+ etc.)
- Coordinate social media team members, including copywriters and graphic designers by feeding them with right inputs.
- Audits and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Identify influencer for targeted outreach and engagement.
- Engage with other relevant online communities
- Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms & facilitate/implement ideas that increase customer engagement & responses
- Manage content calendar across all social media platforms
- Good knowledge of all social networking sites
- Good command over English
