Executive - Social Media - Fashion/Textile (1-3 yrs)
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience through various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management :
- Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and identity.
Content Development :
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and written content.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging.
Community Engagement :
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely manner.
- Foster community engagement by initiating conversations, responding to comments, and building relationships with followers.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Trend Analysis :
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the fashion/textile industry.
- Identify and implement new tools and techniques to enhance social media presence.
Brand Advocacy :
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Promote brand campaigns and events across social media platforms to maximize engagement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion/textile industry.
- Proficient in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of content management and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
