Job Title : Social Media Executive
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai.
Job Summary :
- The job responsibilities include monitoring and responding to user comments, engaging with the target audience, utilizing social listening tools, acknowledging compliments, and tracking social media performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong copywriting and communication skills, have 3-4 years of prior experience, and preferably come from an agency background. Our Organization located in Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite), plays a crucial role in managing the brand's online presence. Any graduate with additional certifications in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or E-commerce is preferred, and basic computer knowledge is essential for this role.
Key Roles And Responsibilities :
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible.
- Connect, converse, and engage with the target audience on digital platforms across, on behalf of the brand thereby attending response management.
- Acknowledging compliments and showcasing the same on-brand social media pages.
- Effectively identifying and utilizing social listening tools for response management.
- Must have some experience in answering customer queries
- Agency background (preferable).
- Tracking Analytics and social media performance on a weekly basis.
Required Skills :
- Content writing , Social Media Marketing ,SEO, Digital Marketing, Influence Marketing
Qualifications Requisite :
- Copywriting and communication skills.
- Should have 3-4 years of prior experience.
- Any Graduate (Certificate honors Digital Media/SEO/SEM/E-commerce will be an added advantage).
