4. Experience :
- Minimum 1 year experience required as Social Media Executive/Specialist/Manager.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Extensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
7. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Gross Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 35,000 per month + Handsome incentives. Negotiable for deserving candidates.

Task Profile :
1. Researching and implementing SMM recommendations for content optimization.
2. Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
3. Collaborating with the team to ensure that SMM practices are implemented properly.
4. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
5. Responsible for all social content delivery across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), scheduling posts and stories across all accounts.
6. Creating social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and boost community engagement.
7. Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
8. Planning, developing, and executing media communication strategies and influencer marketing programs by following the company's business objectives.
