Executive - Social Media - Advertising Firm (2-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

2. Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing social media content that resonates with the target audience.

3. Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

4. Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and best practices to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and innovation.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the target audience and adjust social media strategies accordingly.

6. Collaborate with the creative team to create visually captivating graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.

7. Implement effective social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.

8. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

9. Monitor key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to clients.

10. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize client results.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and ability to collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization, is preferred.

- A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and demonstrated results is a plus.
