- Our Client is hiring for the role of a Social Media Executive.

The Job : 

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Manage paid social platforms (FB, LinkedIn Twitter, Insta)

- Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and optimizations across native platforms

- Understand and implement tracking through URL parameters

- Build a relationship with the native platform's account manager and resolve the issues within the time

- End to end Lead tracking with CRM and Platforms

- Creating Monthly report ad

- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.

- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.

- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.

- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.

- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.

- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.

- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.

- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.

- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

- Driving performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC and SEO/SEM.

- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.

- Working on app store optimisation.

- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.

- Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.

- Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.

- Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.

- Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate : 

Skills Required :

- 3+ years in paid digital marketing channels

- Proven success buying ads on an auction-style platform (Fb, Linkedin Twitter, Insta.)

- Experience with Excel, ideally advanced formulas and vlookups

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities.

- Flexible and able to pivot quickly when priorities change.

- A passion for digital marketing and the desire to become an expert

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, written and oral.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- Experience within App Marketing, Employer Branding, Social Media/Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

- You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp) and Other.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
