Executive - Social Media (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Job Role : Social Media Executive - (MGR)
Function : Marketing
Reporting to Location : Bangalore- Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities
- Coordinate with Digital agency in planning and execution
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the Banks target audience
- Closely monitor social trends to integrate new ideas
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
- Oversee design (Social Media graphics for Facebook cover, profile, thumbnails, etc)
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Compile reports
- Content creation on platforms - blogs, forums, graphics & videos.
- Proactively take corrective action basis data trends.
Educational Qualification and Experience level :
- Minimum Qualification : Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in social media and content marketing
Technical competencies :
- Experience of managing digital marketing for a Bank/NBFC/Fintech will be a bonus.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of Adobe after effects/ Adobe Premier Video edits tools
Behavioral competencies :
- Creative thinking, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
