Job Description :
Position : Social Media Marketing Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities :
Brand Integration : Ensure seamless integration of the brand's image, product portfolio, and client servicing within the admin circle.
Content Creation : Participate in product creative photography, brand lookbook creation, and campaign shoot content. Collaborate on video content creation for marketing execution.
Social Media Strategy : Design, plan, and execute social media content, working closely with the founder, designer member, and digital department head.
Social Media Marketing (SMM) : Execute SMM campaigns across all available platforms to achieve maximum market reach.
Brand Consistency : Maintain uniformity of brand data and messaging across all social media platforms while enhancing the brand's unique selling points (USPs), culture, and image.
Data Analytics : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing social media data and develop strategies to increase engagement by a target of 10x.
Content Posting : Responsible for daily content posting across all social media handles, including creation of stories, creative writing, and layout designing according to the monthly plan.
Reporting and Review : Provide daily reports as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in weekly review meetings with the admin circle and internal departments.
Experience/Skills :
Minimum Experience : At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
Strategy Planning : Proficiency in planning and executing SMM strategies.
Data Analytics : Ability to analyze social media data to derive insights and enhance strategies.
Branding and Content Development : Strong understanding of branding principles and content development.
Brand Roadmap : Familiarity with creating and implementing brand roadmaps.
Team Collaboration : Experience in team building and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Reporting :
Reporting to : Admin circle and department heads as per SOPs.
Reporting Receivable From : Internal content and graphic teams within the brand.
