Executive - SEO/SEM - IT (1-3 yrs)

Responsibility :

- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media launching optimize online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness connection with consumers plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media(Twitter,Facebook etc.)

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Face book etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channel provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors Requirements proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Working knowledge of ad serving tools(e.g. DART, Atlas)

- Perfect knowledge of web analyzing tools (e. g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Web Trends etc.

- Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of your clients- SEO competitors.

- Using programs such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports.

- Assisting the content team in the creation of high quality, informative SEO content.

- Occasionally contributing to the company blog.

- Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies.

- Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

- Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes.

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to

achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Develop and implement link building strategy

- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Carry out keyword research to support new client pitches and existing client SEM campaigns

- Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using programs such as Google Analytics

- Keep up to date with the latest SEM technology, SEO updates and industry changes

- Define, plan and implement the off-site SEO strategy for our websites: including writing articles and blogs and outreach activities

- Build relevant links and take ownership of health of back link profile, and monitor competitors- back link profiles

- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on Google Analytics and other web analytics and SEO management tools including link Monitoring/evaluation tools. Deliver reports to management

- Social media management across all platforms, for 2 websites: twitter,facebook, google+, YouTube, tumblr etc

- Propose and implement Conversion Rate Optimization activities for websites

- Support Marketing Manager in delivery of other marketing activities, including: events,exhibitions, annual calendar, catalogue.

Key Skills:

- A good understanding of all aspects of on-site and off-site SEO

- Experience using Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics

- Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent copywriting and reporting skills
