Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales - Education (1-10 yrs)
Role : Executive/Senior Executive - Tele Sales
Qualification : Btech / MBA (added advantage)
Location : Noida
Experience : Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Working Days : Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)
Shift Timing : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
CTC : Upto 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
Mandatory pre-requisites :
- Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 55% aggregate in UG / PG
- Excellent communication skills
Other Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or Inside Sales
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge and command in sales acumen
- Only inside sales experience is required
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote our products/services
- Build and sustain customer relationships
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Assess leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Meet and surpass sales goals
- Maintain precise records of calls and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance outcomes
- Offer insights to management regarding customer trends
