Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales (0-1 yrs)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Age upto 29 years
- Proven experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sales acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Minimum 75% aggregate in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 65% aggregate in UG & PG
- MBA students or passout
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products/services
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Understand and address customer needs
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members for optimal results
- Provide valuable feedback to management
