Qualification Any Graduation (only Full time),
- Candidates from Motor Insurance working in Direct Marketing Channel
- Target Companies : Candidates presently into selling vehicle insurance and into team handling role
Working days : 5
- Anyone from General Insurance and know the Motor product and whiling to work in Direct Marketing channel and if presently in team handling role will be preferred
Note - This is Team handing role, TL will be handing team of 5-7 Offroll Sales Associates.
1. Managing and growing the existing channel
2. Recruitment of Sales Officers (Off-rolls and On-Rolls as per the manpower budget)
3. Ensure desired productivity per Sales officer is achieved
4. Regularly monitor and control cover notes
5. Responsible for achieving the top line and bottom line targets thru channel
6. Provide end to end solutions to customers thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
7. Co-ordination with the various department for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal
8. Nil Discrepancy
9. Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members
10. Ensuring renewal targets are achieved
