Exp: 2 to 5 Years
Salary- 2 to 3 Lakhs par annum
Job Description:
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards
- Maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations and functions of the community
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
- Commercial Leasing, Sale Purchase.
- Maintain Relationship with Corporate Clients/ HNI.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of the department
- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace
- Retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.

Required Candidate profile :
- Candidate should have experience in leasing of office spaces in Gurgaon.
- Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR
- Candidate must have relevant experience in real estate industry
- Candidate must have knowledge of Documentation like Agreement, GPA, Lease Deed etc.
- Candidate must have good command over computer with knowledge of MS-Office
- Candidate is specialized into Real Estate Commercial Leasing
