Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-7 yrs)
We are hiring for sales executive or senior sales executive for real estate company.
Job Location: Bangalore and Mysore
Job Title: Sales Executive
Education: Any graduate, MBA preferred
Professional Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2-6 years in residential sales
- Should be able to assess client requirements- and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
- Should be good at cold calling and accompany customers to site visits
- Should possess strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site visits
- Accompanying clients to site visits and addressing their queries
- Convert prospect leads to customers by developing good client engagement
- Suggest best suited property for the client based on their requirements and budget
- Meticulous follow up with clients towards sales closures and payment collections
