Hiring for Executive/Sr. Executive Sales-Feild sales for Freight forwarding/ Shipping Industry
Location # Kolkata
CTC: 5 LPA
Profile Description :
- Strong knowledge about all products Air/ Ocean / Customs Clearance.
- Proven track record while achieving the assigned budget in last assignments.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Maintaining database (Salesforce) of prospective clients.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English & local language, smart and pleasing personality.
- 3 times of the CTC will need to be deliver .
- Retention of existing business and new customer on board.
- At least 3 sales calls every day, ratio of new & existing customer need to be maintained.
- Weekly sales review.
- Monthly sales review & Projections.
- Quarterly sales review & further sales strategy to achieve assigned target.
- Dotted line reporting to Local sales manager & final reporting to RSM.
