Executive/Senior Executive - Online Sales/Customer Support - Education (1-3 yrs)
Online Sales Executives/Sr. Online sales Executives
- Graduates (BE/ BA/ Bsc/ BBA/ B Com / BE Drop Out, MBA - Sales & marketing)
- B.E & B.Tech- Any year any percentage (Upto 2019 pass out)
- B.E & B.Tech- 2019 passout, aggregate % should be below 60%.
- Past year B.E graduates are eligible provided they have at least a year gap after passing out.
- Past year MCom, MCA, MSc passouts are eligible provided they have at least a year gap after passing out.
- For Diploma - HSC + 3 years engineering Diploma
- 10th + Enginerering Diploma is not eligible.
- Appearing or pursuing any education/certification/job entrance exams or qualification is not eligible.
Senior Online Sales Executive :
- Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Any Graduate
- B.E - If current year aggregate % needs to be below 60%.Past year B.E applicable
- Only HSC + Engg Diploma is applicable.
- Appearing or pursuing any education or qualification is not applicable.
Job Description :
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes.
- Day Shift
- 5 Day Working
- Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
- Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
- Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
- Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
