- Achieving set revenue targets by selling nominations to professionals of various backgrounds via prospecting, tele-calling and if necessary face-to-face sales calls/ meetings/interactions along with the team.
- Working in coordination with the team for all pre-seminar activities.
- Handling of inbound inquiries on current and future seminars.
- Along with the team, constantly updating existing databases and building new customer database/s via tele-calling, personal visits, web-based research or any other innovative techniques.
- Look for Sponsorship.
- Ensuring periodical pruning of the databases for high response and low failure rate for oneself and the team.
- Analyzing participant response forms and preparation of analytical reports based on feedback for future use.
- Participate in all operational and management issues during pre, on and post-seminar periods.
