Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Relationship Management - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)

- We are Hiring for our very well know Client in Real Esate.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Position : CRM

Years on Experience : 02 to 05 years

Work Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

- Real estate Experience Required

- Working time and Days-10 am to 07 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday Half - Day)

- We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The Customer Relationship Executive will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession

- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards


- Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancement

- Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report

- Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic's

- Responsible for Demand generation, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note creation

- Attending customers who visit HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process

- Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call

- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage

Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress

Requirements :

- To be successful as a Customer Relationship Executive you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

- Must maintain high level of professionalism and balanced approach with all.

- Must demonstrate ability to effectively design and develop curriculum for adult learners and deliver content in an engaging and professional manner to diverse audiences in size and make-up.

- Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decision around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships

- Strong working knowledge of employment law issues and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common sense approach

- Effectively plans ahead to anticipate problems, plans for worst-case and best-case scenarios

- Makes sensible, intelligent decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations

- Must be team oriented and assist where needed.
