We are hiring for a client who has expertise in rendering the best of the BPO services and also aid in creating the innovative and the unique service, to alleviate the net rate of the productivity of firm.

The Job : 

Key responsibilities areas:

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.

- Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.

- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

- Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.

- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

- Candidates with min 1 yr experience in sales process in international BPO.

- HS pass or any graduate.

- Good convincing power.

- Can join immediately and flexible to work in any shift.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within Multi-country Sales.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Travel Retail.

- Experience within Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
