We are looking for Executive / Sr EX (CRM & operations ) for Kolkata ( Part street) office of the client-
The JOB DETAILS are as below:
1) Client - E commerce & Retail set up
1) JOB LOCATION : Kolkata ( Park street)
2) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :Any
3) POSITION - Ex/ Sr EX e ( CRM & OPERATIONS)
4) EXPERIENCE- 6 months - 3 years in Customer service / operations /Business operations/ email process/ voice process/ CRM/ Customer service
5) Should have good excel proficiency
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :
Initially, a 6 months contract, later on, will be extended for 1yrs based on performance Good Communication skills and positive attitude
- Responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship
- Responsible for achieving target
- Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the client.
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
- Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
- Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
- Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to them.
- Having relevant experience in financial services industry.
- Proven people, business and client relationship handling skills
- Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills
- Ability to engage very large clients
- Strong persuasion skills
- Deal closure ability
- Performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
