Executive/Senior Executive - Business Operations (2-6 yrs)
Job responsibilities :
1) Daily tracking of web portal to monitor plan sales post diagnosis.
2) Dealer support management of partners for plan sales and cancellation.
3) MIS reporting for all the activities/task held at monitoring function.
4) Manage dealer support channels to identify keys issues and work on solutions with product/tech.
5) Timely notification to End customers and Retailers.
6) Sharing weekly/monthly reports/Governance deck.
7) Collaborating with different teams within organization to bring a closure to an issue.
8) Team player and Flexible approach towards work.
Skillset required : Customer Service experience, Ms excel efficient, PPT, Email management. Good oral and written skills-
