Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development - Bancassurance Channel - General Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Position title : Business Development Executive/Sr. Business Development Executive
Function : Bancassurance Channel (General Insurance)
Grade : B1/B2
Reporting to (Position) : Manager - Bancassuarance
Location : Dhole Patil Road, Pune.
Objectives :
Responsible for liasioning with Bank
Responsibility / KPIs:
1. Responsible for Customized process structure to streamline the business flow post tie ups.
2. Developing and procuring business model, to facilitate banca (General Insurance).
3. Recruitment, Training & development of Bank officials to facilitate & drive business within the region.
4. Monitoring & motivating the bank team, to attain business targets.
5. Time bound commitment & accomplishment of business targets, as assigned by the manager.
Skills & Experience required:
1. Should have hands on experience in servicing of banks.
2. Should have strong knowledge & business relations in the region
3. Should be a go getter & Self Motivator
4. Should have strong Marketing & Negotiation skills
5. Should have above average communication Skills
6. Minimum 1-6 yrs of Marketing experience in General Insurance Industry
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
