Executive - Search Engine Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Job Title: SEM Executive

Job Overview: We are currently hiring a Paid Marketing Specialist with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. Also, responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy and overseeing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end online paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) whilst mastering the ad copy and applying best practice to ads, marketing pages, landing pages and ad campaigns.

- In-depth understanding of SEO

- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, etc. landing page sources reports

- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

- Understanding and implementing online marketing strategy as it relates to social channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

- Analyzing the performance of SEM campaigns and putting actions in place to optimize. Vendor management and proven experience in agency management.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, etc.

Qualification & Skills Required:

- Degree in Marketing or a related field.

- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns

- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks

- Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- A highly goal-oriented individual and has excellent communication skills.

- Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.

Experience - 3 to 5 years in a paid marketing.
