Executive - Sales - Waterproofing/Crack filling Business (2-3 yrs)
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Execution : Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Product Promotion : Showcase and demonstrate construction related products like Waterproofing, Crack filling, Sealers to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and suitability for various projects.
Client Targeting : Build and maintain relationships with Builders, Contractors, and Architects through regular visits, presentations, and communication.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Customer Education : Educate clients on the features and advantages of the construction related products like Waterproofing, Crack filling, Sealers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in marketing construction-related products.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Two Wheeler Driving License.
