Executive - Sales - Water Sustainability Industry (3-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and continuously update the sales database of prospective customers for all products of the company.

- Set up meetings with prospective clients for BioHYBRID, BioDRAGON, PinkTANKER, Tapwater, and WaterIOT products to customers in Bangalore.

- Identify and prospect potential customers, including businesses and organizations in the water sustainability sector.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and requirements.

- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers and address any questions or concerns.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets and quotas.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to provide feedback and insights from the field.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.

- Coordinate with design team and technology team to prepare quotations accordingly and submit it to the client

- Coordinate with prospective customers to schedule demo/site visits

- Follow up on prospective clients and update the database accordingly

- Present to the management and Sales Director on a weekly basis the progress of sales and other meetings scheduled

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3 years of experience in field sales/outbound sales, preferably in the water sustainability or related industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
