Job Role :
Resolving the customers issues on computer and laptops and other peripherals like printer,router etc.candidates needs to understand the problems of the customer which he or she is facing in his computer or laptops and give a resolution to their problems and convince them to pay to fix up the issues.
Candidate profile :
- Candidate need to speak in English
- Candidate need to close their own calls
- Candidate need to have Exp in tech support outbound or inbound tech
- Candidate with refund exp do not apply
- Candidate need to be flexible
- Candidate with exp in European calls
Qualification: 12 Pass or any graduate can apply
