Executive - Sales - Unified Communications (2-4 yrs)

Their telecom division provides comprehensive Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) solutions, integrating various communications methods with collaboration tools such as VOIP, real-time audio and video conferencing, virtual whiteboards, IM, mobility, and enhanced call control capabilities that are reliable, efficient, and designed to support future advancements in the communication space.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Account Management and increasing the revenue via new customer acquisition.

- Develop funnel and sell Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C)/ networking/ AV/ Office - Automations products/ solutions to new and existing clients

- Visiting Prospects, understanding and evaluating their need.

- Independently handle techno-commercial aspects when handling an opportunity.

- Responsible for collections post sales

- Manage close relationships with OEM account managers in the region of operation.

- Control and manage churn and contraction.

- Adhere to the sales target set by the management.

- Coordinate with the team for RFPs, delivery, and other life cycles of the client onboarding

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully through Cross-selling and upselling in existing accounts & new acquisitions

- Manage a pipeline, closing small, medium, and large contracts through growing the sales funnels.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand client needs.

- Present sales & revenue reports with realistic forecasts to the leadership team

Profile Requirements :

- Should have SME/Enterprise/Corporate sales background

- Should be a Graduate/ diploma holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred

- Candidates with experience in Networking/ UC/ AV/ Office Automation Products

- Seasoned sales professional with experience in Client Acquisition.

- Experience in developing funnel and selling Unified Communications &Collaboration (UC&C)/ Networking/ AV/ Office Automations products/ solutions to new and existing clients

- Solid understanding of collaboration technology/ Telecom technologies/ workflow technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills both with customers and C-level executives

Skills: Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Enterprise/SME sales

Soft skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc

Preferred technical skills: Unified Communications &Collaboration (UC&C)/Networking/AV/Office automation products/solutions
