Job Description :

- To implement Sales & Marketing Strategies, both

- Collecting customer feedback and market research by being on the ground and getting to the core of the Transport industry, it's trending issues, competition mapping and putting that into sales strategy

- Manage the portfolio of clients as per Company Standards & have account management responsibilities too with QBR (Quarterly Busines Review)

- Generate reports for the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan

- Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and services in line with market demand with on field research and surveys

- Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available to other departments like operations, technology and support

- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary to be on the field all the time

- Product Presentation, Follow up with clients for business expansion

- Make product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources & forums like Linkedin, Share slide, etc..

- Create a plan for gaining customers and retaining them with hardcore sales numbers

- Analyze and creates a plan for engaging the target market with on-field presence by yourself and making management aware of the same

- Analyze the competition to create a plan for the engagement, increase revenue and get on hunting the sales number, hardcore field sales way

- Make product appeal to the target market by giving inputs as to what the product needs to be and what is the demand as you would be torchbearer to guide the other team in the company

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base & get the desired sales number

- This being a sales position concept selling is very much preferable
