Executive - Sales - Tractor Refinance (3-5 yrs)
Locations : Hathras /Shahjahanpur /Philibit/ Etah/ Aligarh/ Badaun
Job Purpose :
- Develop Refinance, business in branches and Geography assigned.
- To establish and maintain business strategies to meet business budget & objectives.
- To handle customer, employee, product & process related concern of assigned geography.
- Supervising complete operation for refinance vertical at executive and dealer level.
- Ensures the growth of the refinance business in assigned branches.
- To ensure improvement in market share of non-active/low market share dealers and channels for refinance, Wl business in assigned geography.
- Strengthening and building relationship with dealer sales team & manager
- To ensure increase in the existing levels of market share for all allocated dealers
- Candidate should have minimum experience of 3 years in Tractor finance/ Tractor refinance
