Salary: From 2.4 Lac to 3.6 Lac (Fuel and Incentive over and above salary)
Min year of experience: 1 - 2 years of Field sales
Job Location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To achieve monthly sales targets of acquiring new customers.
- To develop and maintain the relationship with the clients.
- To identify multiple categories who can be targeted.
- To know about products and services of the organisation and the competition.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Age to be less than 28 years
- Must have a two wheeler.
- Proficiency in English and the regional language(Kannada)
- Must have spent atleast 2 years in the local market.
- Expertise in relationship building, complex negotiations, new account development, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
