Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a sales staff member. The sales staff member will be responsible for developing new business, identifying potential clients and securing appointment, establishing a strong pipeline of new business, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance for shipping and logistics services
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Experience of 1 year and above in Fcl and LCL sales in any logistics company.
