- Established in the year 2000, our client is betrothed in trading a high quality assortment of Electrical Switches, Security Devices, Nixon Switches, Touch Switch, Electrical Accessories, Electrical Lighting, etc. They provide these products in diverse specifications as per the numerous requirements of the clients. They are a Private Limited Company which is located at Chandigarh (India) and linked with the prominent vendor Gold Medal, Amara, etc. who assists them to offer qualitative range of products as per the global set standards.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

- Developing and managing an efficient distribution/ Retailers network to improve sales performance.

- Becoming a SPOC between Distributors and Dealers.

- Being able to visit retail counters to market different range of products

- Conducting market research to understand competitors and market trends.

- Providing innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

- Developing creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- You have 2-10 years of relevant experience.

- You are a Post-Graduate in Sales & Marketing and formal education in Electricals.

- You have experience in Switches, Wires, Cables, LED, and Switchgear.

- You have excellent communication, active listening, negotiation skills, critical thinking, etc.
