Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for Bodycraft. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, booking appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to client retention, making Bodycraft their preferred destination for wellness and cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential clients who express interest in Bodycraft's services.

2. Articulate the benefits of our services and assist clients in making informed decisions.

3. Build and nurture leads through professional communication and persuasive sales techniques.

4. Book appointments for new and existing clients based on their preferences.

5. Understand and convey the range of services offered by Bodycraft.

6. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.

7. Maintain a high standard of communication quality and professionalism.

8. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client engagement.

9. Provide a personalized and value-driven experience to clients.

10. Contribute to client retention and reactivation efforts as needed.

11. Uphold a professional and enthusiastic image of Bodycraft to clients.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a customer-focused role.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasion and engagement.

3. Strong sales orientation with a commitment to delivering value to clients.

4. Familiarity with Bodycraft's services and locations (training will be provided).

5. Ability to follow and execute established Standard Operating Procedures.

6. Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

7. Goal-oriented and a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.

8. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and maintaining quality communication.

9. Prior experience in customer retention is a plus.

10. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
