Responsibilities and Accountability:
- The sales executive shall take responsibility of sales counter at our retail store.
- Engage with the customer and understand the customer requirements.
- Introduce our diverse product line to customers and facilitate customer buying decision.
- Stock reconciliation by managing the record of opening and closing stock in the section allocated.
- Responsible for attractive display of the product at the appropriate counter.
- Take customer feedback , understand customer queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solution.
- Assist the customers during sales return or repair work.
- Report the sold stock in the section to the stock manager for timely stock replenishment.
