Job Title: Customer Service Renewal Sales Representative (BFSI)

Location: Thane, Bhiwandi, Mulund, Kalawa, Vikhroli, Borivali, Miraroad

Job Type: Full-time

Requirement of Linguistic candidate Kannada, Tamil, Malyalam & Bengali IS MUST

Age Criteria: 30 and below

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields (full-time course only)

- Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI-related (Tele) roles, such as insurance (GI, LI, HI, MI), Demat account, or credit card sales and collections

Responsibilities :

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients in the BFSI sector.

- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Upsell additional products whenever opportunities arise.

- Adhere to the customer service script provided by the company for consistency.

- Stay well-informed about company policies, products, and services, referring to FAQs or policy-related answers as needed.

- Build and maintain positive customer relations through excellent service.

- Meet personal and team targets by effectively managing time and multitasking.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and analyse data for continuous improvement.

- Prepare and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.

Requirements :

- Graduated high school; a bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and call centers with a focus on BFSI sales or collections.

- Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

- Customer-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism.

- Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.

- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.

- Other Regional Language will be an added advantage.

- Candidate on local vicinity is preferable.
