Job Summary
1. Introduce Skills konnect to promoters, marketing and HR leaders of training Institutes and Employers.
2. On-board them using discounted fee offer to join the platform
3. Manage documentary/legal formalities to sign them up as client
4. Guide clients to build their profiles.
6. Advise Institutes to on-board their students (both past & present) on Skills konnect and follow their Institute's page
7. Advise Employers to post jobs regularly and update application status of the applicants from the platform
8. Visit Institutes regularly to guide students and staff to use Skills konnect optimally
9. Up-sell marketing plan packages from Skills konnect to clients eg. marketing messages of Institutes among people looking for training and students as well as market jobs offer from Employers among skilled professionals and students
Salary offer : 20K p.m. including 25% variable payable on confirmation.
Work from home.
Once or twice a week meeting at office.
