Experience : Should have around 5 years experience in Selling and Achieving Targets in a reputed Real Estate Company.
Job Description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Client Acquisition & Business Development by Direct/Indirect Sales.
- Manage & Achieve the sales Targets set.
- Generate and track Leads for all projects.
- Maximize Revenue Generation by Achieving Monthly Target through Leads.
- Strong Client Focus including Pre/Post sales services.
- Converting clients site visit into sales. Follow up with clients for booking.
- Interacting with the seniors for closing of bookings. Updating booking chart.
- Follow up with client for signing of the agreement.
- Follow up for payments with clients.
- Interacting with project team for construction related progress.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- The closing of potential leads and converting them into sales.
