Executive - Sales - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Sales executive is required to visit the prospective clients through either cold calling or through the leads generated through different channels, and make a pitch to the client and do selling, coordination, conversion from prospect to a client.
Familiarity with NCR - geography, prospective clients in the MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) segment is a Must.
The candidate should be ambitious, energetic, have natural flair for selling, have pleasing personality, have strong desire to succeed and willing to work hard.
Experience :
- 3-5 years of hardcore selling in related/similar businesses.
-Past experience in corporate leasing in MSME segment.
- Candidate could come from one of the top International Property Consultants (Colliers, CBRE, Knight Frank, JLL, etc.).
