Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- Job will initially involve selling villas / apartments, plots . Will evolve to more responsibilities.
- Follow-up on leads generated through advertising and other marketing activities. Handle the prospect from initial meeting right-upto closure of Sale.
- Generate leads for the project through innovative means.
- Maintain database of prospects
- Study competitor activity and market trends and give feedback to Marketing Team periodically
- Rigorously follow pre-defined processes and maintain record of all daily transactions and activity in ERP system
