Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

Skills :

1. Impeccable speaking and presentation skills.

2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

3. Doing outbound calling to convert prospective clients into sales.

4. Assisting & coordinating with site visitors.

5. Working on back-office tasks.

6. Delivering customer-first oriented service always

7. Following up with the clients and pushing sales by generating value

8. Meeting and exceeding sales goals

9. Ensuring prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions.

10. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

11. Providing after-sales services to clients & assisting in Home Loans.

12. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.

Job Specifications :

- Preferably Minimum Graduate, MBA preferred.

- Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.

- Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate.

- Good communication, presentation, and retention skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, and Google Sheets, organized at maintaining MIS.

- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability.

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

- Candidate Must possess excellent communication skills and be Presentable.
