Job Description:
- Managing customer centric operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
- Handle the given leads and office walk-ins
- Arrange direct Site Visits.
- Efficient database management and mapping
- Attend Inbound Calls, Make Outbound Calls
- Ensuring that highest service standards are maintained for serving clients.
- LivServe, Email Enquiry etc. generating leads from funnel channels and arrange a site visits are qualified and passed to sales.
- Approaching client through telecalling.
- Follow up the client for closure.
